Newel Props Strikes a Pose

For two seasons, Newel Props has been excited and honored to work with Pose on FX. Pose centers LGBTQ/GNC communities in the New York ballroom culture of the 80s and early 90s. It explores the lives and struggles of a community fighting the AIDS crisis, discrimination, and violence while still upholding and embracing their diversity, power, and artistry.

As it follows the multi-faceted and often contradictory spheres its characters inhabit, Pose moves through a variety of New York locales. We see the opulent apartments and beach houses of the wealthy, the lovingly appointed homes of the ballroom’s various houses and chosen families, stark white photo studios where modeling campaigns unfold, and the offices of New York’s talent agents, culture-producers, and movers and shakers, just to name a few. In moments both somber and celebratory, Pose continues to make television history, and Newel Props is thrilled to help.

We want to congratulate Pose on another excellent season Check out some sets from the hit series featuring our one-of-a-kind props below!
