Fraport USA announced the new retail, food and service providers that have opened stores recently at Baltimore / Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, just in time for the holiday travel season.
- The UPS Store (600 sq. ft) is what every traveler looking to ship packages on the go could hope for any time of year. The full-service store in the main terminal offers packing, shipping, printing and small business services, including notary services, office supplies and passport photos. Hours are 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. The store is located pre-security near the Concourse C exit.
- For a satisfying taste of smoked goodness, try Urban Bar-B-Que Company’s (1,250 sq. ft.) new airport outlet in Concourse C. Established in Rockville, Md. in 2003, the award-winning fast casual restaurant honors different barbecue-making traditions with a full menu of made from scratch creations, plus breakfast and kid’s menus. Urban also offers signature cocktails, premium wines, and craft beers from local brewers, including DC Brau Brewing Company (Washington, D.C.), Flying Dog Brewery (Frederick, Maryland), and Devil’s Backbone Brewing Company (Roseland, Virginia). The company prides itself on local sourcing, where possible, and supporting sustainability programs and the community. Hours are 4:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
- Diva By Cindy natural, alcohol-free hair care products are now available around the clock in a new specialty retail vending machine located in Concourse D. The shampoos and conditioners are formulated with B vitamins to help prevent hair shedding and breakage and stimulate hair growth. Owner Cindy Tawiah also supports homeless women and survivors of domestic violence by offering shampoos, pampering and a day of rejuvenation. Diva By Cindy products are sold at grocery and beauty supply stores in the Baltimore/Washington region.
