Dior continues to carve out exclusive pieces of Maria Grazia Chiuri‘s well-received cruise 2020 collection for the brand’s retail partners in Manhattan.
Chiuri’s designs, which were inspired by Africa and unveiled in April at a runway show in Marrakech, launched in New York last month at Saks Fifth Avenue, where the flagship’s six main windows were devoted to Dior installations.
In an exclusive partnership, Bergdorf Goodman has teamed up with the legendary house of Christian Dior for a two-week, storewide takeover in celebration of their Cruise 2020 launch along with the opening of a new handbag shop on the Main Floor and a remodeled ready-to-wear boutique on the second floor. Additionally, from November 11th through November 25th, Bergdorf Goodman will be the only location in the United States to offer Dior’s signature personalization service ABCDior on all of the brand’s book totes, handbag straps, backpacks, and more, with a 48-hour turnaround time perfect for holiday gift shopping.
Throughout the takeover period, customers can discover five spectacular windows on 5th Avenue inspired by the maison’s Cruise 2020 collection and featuring multiple camouflage looks available only at BG. Once inside, one will find an almost life-sized Baobab Christmas tree installation and the brand’s camouflage print and logo lining the Main Floor escalators and elevators, as well as a second floor hallway takeover showcasing highlights from the collection that makes its debut at BG before anywhere else.
Catch a glimpse of BG’s exclusive looks, shot here on model Hiandra Martinez, who took to the streets of Paris with the camouflage collection in tow. From an oversized navy parka to the perfect pair of cargo pants to our exclusive army green mini book tote, there couldn’t be a stronger way to start the new season.
