My name is Gabriella Baer and most people know me as Sugar’s mom or Jake’s little sister/ Lewis’s daughter, but few people know that I am also the Creative Director here at Newel Props. As the Creative Director, it is my job to produce innovative ideas for our company branding, advertising and marketing campaigns, and social media strategy.
I began working at Newel Props after graduating college from Lehigh University in 2015. I’ll admit, the first few months working for the family business were confusing as I struggled to find my niche. I eventually found my path when I decided to create the Newel Props Instagram page and realized my passion for social media and marketing. My job has since expanded to producing our weekly email marketing campaigns, blog posts, and monthly content calendars and metrics reporting for our social media.
I can proudly say that I wake up every morning excited to come to work. Newel Props is a visionary company where everyone genuinely supports each other and shares the same dedication to helping the customer. I am fortunate to work with my dad and brother in the family business, but bringing my best friend Sugar Baer along every day is the icing on the cake!
