We are excited to invite you to submit your projects for the WindowsWear Awards—absolutely free of charge. The submission process is simple, straightforward and all the brands with a physical or online presence are eligible to participate.
How to submit projects for the 2025 WindowsWear Awards
1. Create an account on WindowsWear
- Sign-in at www.windowswear.com, preferably with your company’s email address.
2. Profile options:
- You can create a profile under your personal name or your brand’s name.
- An email address must be associated with the account for verification and communication purposes.
- Please let us know your preference, and we’ll assist you accordingly.
3. Upload your projects:
- Log in to your account.
- Click on the upload icon located in the top right corner of the homepage.
- Upload your projects one by one.

Nominations:
- A dedicated board reviews all submitted projects.
- Up to 9 nominees are selected for each category.
- Nominees will be announced on December 11th, 2024
Voting:
- Anyone globally can vote online at www.windowswear.com/awards, starting from December 11th 2024, and ending on February, 3rd 2025.
- Winners are determined by public voting; the project with the most votes wins for each category.
Winners:
- Winners will be announced at the WindowsWear Awards in New York City on February 4th, 2025.
Awards Event
Invitations:
- The event is by invite-only.
- Brands that are nominated for the WindowsWear Awards are invited to attend, including executives, creative directors and their teams.
- Paid WindowsWear members, media and press are invited to attend
- No tickets are sold or can’t be purchased for this event.
Promotion
- We launch a comprehensive campaign to promote voting for the WindowsWear Awards and encourage participation from the brands.
- Brands nominated will be featured in promotional materials leading up to the event.
- Brands like Coach, Gucci, Michael Kors, and more also feature the Awards on their own social media and encourage all their employees and followers to participate.
