Creativity entails the liberty and bravery to venture beyond conventional boundaries, question established norms, and pioneer novel approaches to shaping a brand, refining processes, or assembling teams.

What is your first memory of being creative?

I was 4 years old when I started to pull my own outfits to go to school. No wonder I pursued a career that involves styling.

How do you approach creativity every day?

Creativity is ingrained in my mindset, manifesting in every endeavor—from conceptualizing captivating window displays to navigating the intricacies of finance meetings. Given our commitment to serving consumers both online and offline, the imperative to continually innovate and devise fresh strategies for engaging them remains paramount in our daily pursuits.

Where do you find your creativity?

In New York City!!! The city is a goldmine for inspiration. Everywhere you look is a feast for the eyes. From the Met to the local bodega and just people watching in Central Park or at the gym, ideas flourish and you just need to pick them up.

Be curious and share! Cultivate curiosity and embrace a culture of sharing! Actively seek information, stay open to new ideas, and bring this wealth of insights back to your teams. Engage in discussions to explore the potential of these new perspectives, recognizing that the synergy of diverse ideas within the team can give rise to even more powerful and innovative solutions.
