What is the Spring Investor Summit?
Set to take place at the Essex House overlooking Central Park, the Spring Investor Summit’s focus is to highlight the most compelling publicly-traded companies under $5 billion in market cap across all sectors. The upcoming event on April 1st and 2nd, 2019 will feature 200 presenting companies, 1200 institutional & retail investors, 2000 one-on-one meetings, and an assortment of industry panels. 10+ Cannabis Companies Expected to Present
Out of 200 companies expected to present, eleven of them are cannabis-related. Out of those eleven, ten of them are publicly-traded, and the other one is expected to be in the near future. It can be very important to be aware of when and where any of your current or prospective portfolio holdings are presenting or participating in conferences.
First and foremost, the increased awareness garnered by these conferences can move stock prices. Secondly, the companies participating usually have some of their top executives giving an overview of their company and what’s to come.
